How reviews work
Every place, service and area card on Heart Corfu has a review button. Here is what happens to what you send.
How we check reviews
Reviews on Heart Corfu are written by registered users. We do not check whether a reviewer actually visited or bought from the place, so reviews are not verified as coming from customers. Before publishing, we check every review for spam, links, personal data and breaches of our rules, and we remove reviews we find to be fake or paid for. Businesses cannot pay to remove or reorder reviews. Reviews are shown newest first.
Πώς ελέγχουμε τις κριτικές
Οι κριτικές στο Heart Corfu γράφονται από εγγεγραμμένους χρήστες. Δεν ελέγχουμε αν ο συντάκτης επισκέφθηκε πράγματι το κατάστημα ή αγόρασε από αυτό, επομένως οι κριτικές δεν είναι επαληθευμένες ως κριτικές πελατών. Πριν από τη δημοσίευση ελέγχουμε κάθε κριτική για spam, συνδέσμους, προσωπικά δεδομένα και παραβιάσεις των κανόνων μας και αφαιρούμε όσες διαπιστώνουμε ότι είναι ψεύτικες ή πληρωμένες. Οι επιχειρήσεις δεν μπορούν να πληρώσουν για να αφαιρεθούν κριτικές ή να αλλάξει η σειρά τους. Οι κριτικές εμφανίζονται με τις νεότερες πρώτες.
Sending a review today
- "Review this place" opens an email to hello@heartcorfu.com with the place name in the subject. Write in English or Greek, text only.
- Reviews are moderated before they appear. Until the review database opens, approved reviews are added by our editors.
- Review only places you have used, and never your own business or a competitor (rule 8).
What we do not do
- We do not copy star ratings or reviews from Google or Tripadvisor, and we never mix them with our readers' reviews. The Google Maps and Tripadvisor buttons show their ratings live on their own sites.
- We do not let businesses pay for a better place in a list. Anything paid for will be labelled.
